• For routine care (nail trimming, ear cleaning), medication/food pick-up, or hospital visits, an appointment is not required.
• In case of emergencies, please call us directly even if online booking shows full.
Services
Annual health exams, Issue any certificate for quarantine, Vaccination(Rabies & Com Vac), Blood work, Xray, Ultrasound, Boading, Grooming, and Surgery. If your pet needs a CT or MRI, we will refer you to a University or Imaging center. We can issue every certificate in English.

- Can you accept walk-in?

No. All patients need examination seservation. If our reservation is full, please call us at 046-821-3338.
- Why can’t I use AMEX card for payment?

AMEX metal cards have made troubles to our credit card maccine before. So you can use only VISA and Master card now.
- Do you accept an emergency care?

In case of repeater, we will see your animal between original apointments. If our apointment is full, we will nabigate you to an earliest apointment time.
- Do you see patients at midnight?

NO. We see animals during our business hours. Our business hours is from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30.
